We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support a specialized production environment that fabricates and assembles precision metal components used in complex mechanical systems. The role involves optimizing manufacturing processes, collaborating with engineering and production teams to improve efficiency and quality, and helping develop repeatable, cost-effective solutions. The ideal candidate will contribute to continuous process improvements, support cross-functional initiatives, and help ensure that products meet strict performance and delivery requirements in a dynamic and detail-oriented setting.

Job Details

A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or equivalent experience (preferred)
Working knowledge of CAD programs, such as CATIA & SOLIDWORKS
Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings
A minimum of 3 consecutive years in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (working in an estimating/engineering capacity is preferred)
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization and with external partners
