Microsoft Dynamics CRM Solution Architect 100% Remote
Note: Hybrid work environment is expected to be 1-week per month on-site in Middletown PA, varying with project needs.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Solution Architect to add to our team assisting the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (PTC) Information Technology (IT) Department. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in enterprise architecture, solution design, and full-lifecycle implementation. The candidate will lead the end-to-end solutioning of a Dynamics 365 CRM platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives, technical standards, and customer requirements.
Our Microsoft Dynamics CRM Solution Architect Engineer will perform the following duties;
- Lead solution architecture for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation supporting a tolling industry client.
- Design and oversee the system architecture process, including defining specifications and implementing customizations aligned with business needs.
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Dynamics CRM solutions following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Deliver tailored technology demonstrations to stakeholders, clearly communicating how proposed solutions address business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment across systems and workstreams.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Hands-on involvement in a minimum of two end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations in a senior technical capacity
- Strong expertise in Dynamics CRM architecture, customization, plugin development, and integration patterns
- Experience working within government, public-sector, or large enterprise environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform (e.g., MB-600, PL-600) is preferred
- Experience in the tolling, transportation, or infrastructure sector.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services and DevOps practices as they relate to Dynamics 365 deployments is preferred
