Lead web Engineer

Location: Remote / East coast based | must be willing to travel to NYC once a quarter

Core Skills: JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React.js

Seeking for a Senior Software Engineer to join one of our enterprise client engagements. You’ll help design and build production systems while mentoring developers and shaping our engineering standards.

This position is ideal for a strong engineer ready to take the leap into a technical leadership role within a consulting environment.

Skills & Requirements

• 3+ years of professional JavaScript/TypeScript experience.
• 2+ years working with Node.js (Express, Fastify, or similar frameworks).
• 1+ year building applications with React.js.
• Familiarity with REST APIs.
• Familiarity with common CI/CD practices (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively in distributed client teams.

Bonus / Preferred Experience
It s a plus if you have worked with or are interested in:

• GraphQL or other API orchestration layers.
• Third-party integrations with commerce or ad platforms (e.g., Shopify, PayPal, Ads Manager).
• Building multi-tenant SaaS systems or ad campaign management tools.
• Modern front-end toolchains (Vite, Webpack 5, Storybook).
• AWS or other cloud infrastructure (Lambda, CloudFront, S3).
• GDPR, CCPA, or other consent and privacy frameworks.
• Experience with large-scale CI/CD pipelines or test harnesses.
• Prior consulting experience or direct client interaction.
