Seeking a UKG Architect
Seeking a UKG Architect or Senior UKG Analyst to support, enhance, and optimize the UKG platform across the enterprise. This role supports HR business partners, leadership, and downstream systems by ensuring UKG is configured, integrated, and scalable to meet evolving organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary technical expert for UKG configuration and optimization
Design and implement UKG solutions aligned to HR business needs
Partner with HR leadership and business stakeholders to translate requirements into system solutions
Support integrations between UKG and downstream systems (e.g., Oracle, reporting, analytics)
Troubleshoot complex system issues and lead root cause analysis
Participate in roadmap planning and production support
Collaborate with internal analysts, QA resources, and external partners as needed

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Produces the detail surrounding accepted EA frameworks and logical system designs.
Uses guiding principles & architectural policies to produce solution designs that anchor to IT portfolio standards and ensure long-term operational and administrative efficiencies.
The architect is detail-oriented and thorough with the analysis and direction provided to development teams.
Ensures delivery teams are equipped with the leadership and guidance necessary to successfully deliver their solutions.
Configure, test, and optimize rules, pay codes, accruals, workflows, tiles, and analytics within UKG Pro WFM to meet specific business requirements.
Execute regression testing, support production issues, and provide user training and documentation for configured features.
Deep expertise in specific UKG Pro areas (e.g., Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, Data Hub) with strong skills in test plan execution and troubleshooting configuration defects.
Broad knowledge of UKG Pro capabilities, integration patterns (e.g., Boomi, APIs), and adjacent systems (ERP, benefits, identity), plus understanding of security, performance, and scalability concerns.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
5-7 years of experience required.
Requires knowledge of frameworks and design tools.
Requires deep expertise in at least one technology domain.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
