Summary

Job Title: Product Owner with Guidewire Experience (Insurance Background) - Remote

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Product Owner
Strong Insurance industry experience (Property & Casualty preferred)
Experience with Guidewire products such as PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and/or BillingCenter
Strong Agile/Scrum experience
Experience managing product backlogs, defining user stories, and prioritizing requirements
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams

Preferred Qualifications:

Guidewire implementation or transformation project experience
Experience working with underwriting, claims, billing, or policy administration systems

Responsibilities:

Define and prioritize product backlog items
Gather and document business requirements
Create user stories and acceptance criteria
Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams
Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Drive successful delivery of Guidewire-related initiatives
