Job Description Position Overview The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst provides direct analytical and operational support to Government leadership and Contractor staff within the EIDS PMO.
This role combines business intelligence, portfolio management, and acquisition support to ensure mission success across a complex defense healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities Business & Portfolio Management - Serve as an Action Officer and Communications liaison for PMO operations and executive reporting
- Manage high-priority taskers, track deliverables and ensure timely completion
- Support personnel actions and coordinate strategic briefings for senior leadership
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards, reports, and performance metrics
- Assist with communications strategy, congressional affairs coordination, and event logistics
- Maintain situational awareness of portfolio activities and emerging priorities
Acquisition Management - Support contract lifecycle management from planning through close-out
- Assist with procurement processes, including requirements development and vendor coordination
- Monitor contract performance and compliance with federal acquisition regulations
- Track deliverables, milestones, and contract modifications
- Support contract renewals, option year exercises, and close-out activities
- Maintain acquisition documentation and support audit readiness
Data Analysis & Reporting - Analyze program data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Prepare executive summaries and decision briefings
- Support data-driven decision-making across the PMO
- Maintain data integrity in program management systems
Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000
General Description of Benefits
Required Skills - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years experience with requirements analysis and/or information technology related experience
- 2+ years of experience using data analytic tools such as Power BI
- Experience gathering and documenting technical requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Desired Skills - Cybersecurity certification such as CompTia Security+, CISSP a plus
- AWS/Azure or Cloud administration certifications
- Other relevant certifications such as ITIL, DAU Level 1 certification and PMP are a plus
- Experience with SEMOSS
