Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer / Systems Analyst to deliver enterprise-grade IT solutions for large-scale projects. The ideal candidate brings 12+ years of experience in SDLC, UI/UX design, state management, and Java-based back-end engineering.

Responsibilities:

·       Design and implement the MEPIC system

·       Develop responsive, Section 508-compliant UIs with Material Design 3, Fluent UI, or custom frameworks

·       Manage complex global and local application states using NgRx, NGXS, or Signals

·       Build robust back-end solutions with Java 21 features, Spring 3.x, and Jakarta EE 10 (JAX-RS, JPA, JTA, CDI, JSF)

·       Deploy and troubleshoot applications on JBoss EAP 8

·       Work with MS SQL Server 2019/2022, T-SQL, JDBC, and modern serialization formats (JSON, XML)

·       Participate in CI/CD pipelines (Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, Bitbucket, SonarQube)

·       Collaborate with multi-vendor teams and translate technical designs for non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

·       12+ years of experience in enterprise IT development

·       Strong skills in UI/UX, Java 21, Spring 3.x, Jakarta EE, state management, and database programming

Preferred:

·       Government, law enforcement, or public safety IT experience

·       Master’s degree or equivalent project management experience
