About the Role

We are seeking a talented and driven Mid-Level Full Stack Engineer (Engineer 2) to join our dynamic team in the retail point-of-sale industry. In this role, you will help build, scale, and maintain high-performance applications that power modern retail experiences. You will work across the entire technology stack—from developing robust backend microservices to building intuitive, responsive front-end interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack applications using modern Java and React architectures.

• Collaborate with cross-functional product, design, and engineering teams to deliver seamless retail point-of-sale features.

• Containerize applications and manage deployments within cloud environments using modern container orchestration tools.

• Write clean, maintainable code following Test-Driven Development (TDD) best practices.

• Participate in code reviews, continuous integration, and infrastructure automation workflows.

Required Qualifications & Technical Skills

• Core Development: Strong, hands-on experience with Java 8+, Spring Boot, React.js, and TypeScript.

• Cloud & Containerization: Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS core services including EKS, RDS, and DynamoDB.

• DevOps & Engineering Practices: Working knowledge of Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
