Define and validate Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs), SLAs, workload models, and performance strategies.
Establish and govern Performance Engineering methodologies, frameworks, standards, and best practices.
Conduct architecture reviews, capacity planning, scalability assessments, and risk analysis.
Lead performance test planning, design reviews, and release certification activities.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and provide actionable technical recommendations and remediation plans.
Drive Go/No-Go decisions, executive reporting, stakeholder communication, and performance governance.
Identify and mitigate performance, scalability, reliability, and operational risks across the SDLC.
Drive adoption of AI-powered Performance Engineering solutions for NFR generation, workload analysis, impact assessment, test planning, and intelligent RCA to improve engineering efficiency and quality.
Lead AI feasibility assessments, architecture design, and PoC development for performance and resilience engineering use cases, translating business challenges into scalable AI-enabled solutions.
Define and govern AI-driven automation strategies for performance testing, root-cause analysis, reporting, and knowledge management, ensuring measurable productivity gains and faster release decisions.
Mentor teams and collaborate with Architects, Developers, SRE, DevOps, and Business stakeholders to ensure performance objectives are met.
