About the Job- We are looking for an experienced Google Cloud Trainer to join one of our enterprise client engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform architecture, services, tools, Google Cloud technologies along with experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct technical training programs focused on Google Cloud technologies and certification preparation.
- Lead classroom and virtual learning sessions using demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and real-world cloud scenarios.
- Guide participants through Google Cloud Platform architecture, services, tools, and best practices relevant to their certification objectives.
- Evaluate learner understanding through exercises, assessments, practice tests, and interactive discussions.
- Maintain consistent training quality and learner satisfaction across assigned sessions.
- Adjust training approaches based on learner experience levels, technical backgrounds, and geographic or cultural differences.
- Maintain accurate records of training delivery, participant attendance, assessment outcomes, and course completion.
- Support secure administration of certification preparation activities and supervised examinations when required.
- Ensure training content and delivery methods are accessible to learners requiring reasonable accommodations.
- Safeguard learner information, examination results, and training records in accordance with applicable privacy and security requirements.
- Work closely with the authorized training partner and internal stakeholders to coordinate course schedules, learner requirements, and delivery standards.
