We are seeking a highly creative and execution-focused UI/UX Designer to support a unified ad sales CRM and operations platform. This opportunity supports two remote openings across junior and mid/senior levels, with a strong emphasis on rapid prototyping, modern product thinking, and AI-assisted design workflows. The role will focus on building intuitive user experiences, translating business needs into user-centered solutions, and accelerating design iteration through tools such as Figma, Google Stitch, and Google AI Studio. This position will play a key role in shaping product direction through wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes.

Key Responsibilities
Design intuitive and modern user interfaces for a unified ad sales CRM and operations platform.
Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
Rapidly prototype product concepts using AI-assisted design tools including Google Stitch and Google AI Studio.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions.
Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and data insights.
Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across the platform.
Present design concepts clearly and confidently to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
Required:
1-4 years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, or related field.
Strong proficiency in Figma for interface design and prototyping.
Experience building web-based application interfaces (preferably CRM or SaaS platforms).
Demonstrated ability to rapidly prototype and iterate on product ideas.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design.
Portfolio showcasing modern UI design, workflow thinking, and product problem-solving.
Preferred (Optional):
Experience designing CRM, ad sales, or operations-focused platforms.
Familiarity with AI-assisted design or development tools such as Google Stitch or Google AI Studio.
Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, React) to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
Experience working in startup or high-growth environments.

Additional Details
The base range for this contract position is $30 - $40/ per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
