Scrum Master and Digital Agility Coach 100% REmote

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach within a large-scale enterprise environment.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of professional experience and education.
SAFe 6.0 Scrum Master Certification.
Expert-level command of Agile tooling, specifically Jira Software, Confluence, FigJam, Jira Align, and AgilityInsights.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills with a proven ability to present complex concepts to diverse stakeholder groups.
Deep knowledge of Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, and Lean principles, with the ability to apply "Built-in Quality" practices in a digital context.

Preferred Qualifications

SAFe SASM, SPC, RTE, or ICAgile certifications.
