Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Performance & Goals (PMGM) Consultant to configure and support SAP SuccessFactors PM and GM modules. The consultant will manage end-to-end configuration, validation, reporting, and user acceptance testing, ensuring alignment with organizational performance and talent management strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Configure SuccessFactors PM and GM modules, including route maps, rating scales, form templates, workflows, and permissions

• Validate XML configurations for Goal Plans and Performance Form Templates

• Create and maintain reports related to PMGM configurations

• Coordinate UAT cycles with business and testing teams

• Identify and resolve configuration issues and defects

• Manage cutover activities and support go-live readiness

• Prepare functional specifications, configuration workbooks, and job aids

• Collaborate with HR leadership, business stakeholders, and global process owners to implement performance management frameworks

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 3–6 years of hands-on SuccessFactors PMGM configuration experience

• Strong knowledge of Performance Management and Goal Management modules

• Experience validating XML templates and configuring route maps, rating scales, and form templates

• Experience supporting UAT, cutover, and go-live activities

• Strong reporting skills and ability to create PMGM-related reports

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
