Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Event Marketing Manager to remotely support of our enterprise networking and cloud solutions customer based in San Jose, CA.

Overview:
The Event Marketing Manager, Sponsorships Management, oversees the end-to-end execution of event sponsorships for company programs. This role manages sponsor engagements, contracts, payment tracking, fulfillment, and onsite readiness while serving as the primary operational liaison for sponsors. The position partners with event teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure sponsorship commitments are delivered successfully, records are maintained accurately, and corporate policies are followed.

Key Responsibilities:
* Review sponsorship packages, prospectuses, and fulfillment requirements for assigned events
* Manage high-volume sponsor communications through email, Webex, calls, and webinars
* Process sponsorship requests and coordinate agreement creation and execution with Global Event Services
* Track sponsorship payments, distribute payment links, send reminders, and provide status updates
* Support setup and promotion of sponsor resources, including the Exhibitor Resource Portal
* Ensure sponsors are prepared for onsite participation through proactive communication and coordination
* Partner with event leads and internal teams to execute sponsorship deliverables and meet fulfillment commitments
* Coordinate with vendors to produce sponsor-related materials, signage, and branded event assets
* Monitor sponsorship fulfillment progress and provide regular reporting to stakeholders
* Serve as the primary operational contact for sponsors, resolving questions and issues efficiently
* Maintain accurate sponsorship documentation, contracts, and fulfillment records
* Ensure compliance with corporate policies, contracting standards, and vendor management processes

REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
* Proven experience in event marketing with a focus on sponsorship management and execution
* Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple sponsorships and events simultaneously
* Clear and professional communication skills, with comfort handling sponsor emails, calls, and real-time event support
* Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to track and manage sponsorship deliverables and deadlines working for consistency and accuracy across multiple tracking platforms
* Familiarity with event logistics, vendor coordination, and sponsorship fulfillment processes
* Basic financial acumen for tracking and payments processing
* Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, finance, and operations
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to escalate and resolve operational challenges in a timely manner

Preferred Qualifications:
* Certification in Event Management or Marketing (e.g., CMP, CMM)
* Experience in technology or B2B event marketing environments
* Exposure to sponsorship operations, event coordination, or exhibitor management
* Familiarity with event tools and systems (e.g., Cvent, CRM, registration platforms, project management tools)
* Understanding of marketing and sales alignment to support sponsorship fulfillment

This role is essential for ensuring flawless operational delivery of sponsorships, enhancing sponsor experience, and contributing to the overall success of marketing events.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
