Technical Project Manager with Healthcare background

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong Healthcare background to lead and manage technology projects within healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will have experience managing software development, data integration, and healthcare systems while coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects successfully.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical project delivery in healthcare environments.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate with developers, architects, business analysts, and stakeholders.
• Ensure project alignment with healthcare regulations and compliance (HIPAA).
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Oversee integration of healthcare systems such as EHR/EMR platforms.
• Communicate project status and updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Strong Healthcare industry experience.
• Experience with EHR/EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience managing technical teams and enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) is a plus.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP certification.
• Experience with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR).
• Experience with data integration and healthcare analytics projects.
