Desktop Support Analyst Phoenix, AZ (Onsite) Job Description: We are looking for a hands-on Desktop Support Analyst to provide onsite technical support for end-user devices, meeting rooms, AV systems, and infrastructure environments. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, hardware break-fix expertise, asset lifecycle management, and smart hands support in an enterprise setting. Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform technical diagnosis, break-fix support, and hardware repairs for end-user digital assets.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve OS, application, and network connectivity issues.
  • Install, configure, reload, and test devices, peripherals, and software.
  • Maintain and update IT asset inventory for hardware and software changes.
  • Provide device refresh support per client schedule and proactive management tools.
  • Coordinate device replacement and peripheral repair when remote support is insufficient.
  • Support onboarding (hyper care) activities for new users.
  • Manage secure device lifecycle activities, including data wiping and secure storage.
  • Set up security permissions, file access, and administrative configurations.
  • Perform data harvesting activities for e-Litigation as per client policy.
  • Coordinate receipt and inventory of computing equipment and parts.
  • Perform on-site tape management and coordinate with off-site storage vendors (including weekends).
  • Maintain cleanliness and operational standards in IT areas (IDF/MDF/ITC).
  • Manage toner supplies and replacement for Ricoh devices.
  • Provide Smart Hands support to assist remote Ricoh technicians.
  • Provide Level 2 support for Meeting Room and Audio-Visual (AV) systems when third-party vendors are unavailable.
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of Desktop Support / End User Support experience
  • Strong hardware break-fix and troubleshooting experience
  • Experience with Windows OS troubleshooting and application support
  • Knowledge of network connectivity troubleshooting
  • Experience with device lifecycle management and asset tracking
  • AV / Meeting Room Support experience preferred
  • Smart Hands support experience in enterprise environments
  • Experience working in IDF/MDF environments is a plus
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience supporting enterprise environments
  • Exposure to ticketing systems (ServiceNow or similar)
  • Knowledge of backup/tape management processes
  • ITIL understanding is a plus
