Description
We are looking for an experienced UX Researcher with a strong background in quantitative methodologies to join our team on a contract basis. This role will focus on conducting advanced research to support product monetization strategies and optimize feature packaging and pricing. This position offers an exciting opportunity to deliver impactful insights that drive business decisions.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement complex survey designs using advanced tools and techniques, including conjoint analysis, MaxDiff, and Van Westendorp methodologies.
Conduct thorough statistical analyses to evaluate pricing strategies and feature packaging for optimal product monetization.
Translate research findings into actionable recommendations and present them to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Utilize tools such as R, Python, or Displayr to perform data analysis and generate meaningful insights.
Collaborate with product teams to ensure research aligns with business objectives and supports strategic goals.
Create user scenarios and journey maps to understand customer behavior and preferences.
Apply qualitative research methods to complement quantitative findings and enhance overall insights.
Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data collected through user testing and survey programming.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX research and monetization strategies.
Provide expert input on survey programming and design, ensuring that research methodologies are effective and efficient.
Requirements
Minimum of 7 years of experience in UX research, with a focus on quantitative methodologies.
Proficiency in advanced pricing research techniques such as conjoint analysis, MaxDiff, Van Westendorp, and discrete choice modeling.
Expertise in programming surveys with Qualtrics, including advanced features and methodologies.
Strong statistical analysis skills, with experience using tools like R, Python, or Displayr.
Demonstrated understanding of monetization and pricing strategies.
Familiarity with user testing, user scenarios, and qualitative research methods.
Ability to create comprehensive user journey maps to inform research and strategy.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly to stakeholders.
