Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a large-scale Marketing Operations Transformation initiative focused on standardizing processes, scaling operations, and driving adoption of new marketing technologies and AI-enabled capabilities.
This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams to lead change management efforts that improve how work is planned, prioritized, orchestrated, and measured across the marketing ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have deep experience driving adoption of enterprise technology transformations within marketing organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Change Management Leadership

  • Develop and execute scalable change management strategies across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Assess organizational impacts across people, process, technology, and data.
  • Drive readiness activities and ensure successful adoption of new capabilities and ways of working.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate resistance to change.
  • Establish repeatable frameworks, tools, and best practices for enterprise-wide change initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communications

  • Partner with business leaders, program teams, and stakeholders to drive alignment and engagement.
  • Build and execute stakeholder management and communication plans.
  • Lead executive communications, presentations, and change-related messaging.
  • Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions across business and technology teams.

Training & Enablement

  • Design and deliver training programs, user guides, and enablement resources.
  • Support end-user readiness and adoption initiatives.
  • Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve adoption strategies.

Program Support

  • Embed change management activities into overall project and program plans.
  • Support CRM enhancement planning, deployment readiness, and release coordination.
  • Help prepare teams for AI-enabled workflows and evolving marketing technologies.
  • Track adoption metrics and recommend actions to improve utilization and business outcomes.

Key Deliverables

  • Marketing Operations Transformation program support.
  • CRM enhancement planning, deployment support, and release coordination.
  • Stakeholder alignment across Marketing, Sales, IT, and Data teams.
  • Adoption and enablement support for new platforms, processes, and capabilities.
  • Standardized, scalable, campaign-ready operational models.
  • Data governance and operational process adoption.
  • Readiness for AI-enabled marketing workflows and decision-making.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience leading change management initiatives within marketing organizations.
  • Prosci Change Management Certification.
  • Proven experience supporting large-scale technology transformation programs.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience creating communications, training programs, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Demonstrated success driving adoption and organizational readiness in complex enterprise environments.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Organizational Change Management (OCM) expertise.
  • Corporate communications experience.
  • Agile project experience.
  • Experience supporting MarTech platforms, CRM implementations, or digital transformation programs.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled business transformation initiatives.

This individual brings deep marketing transformation experience, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver successful organizational change in dynamic environments.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85.00 - $85.00/hr.
