Rate: $40/hr On C2C

Subcontracting is allowed but No H1B

Candidate must have available for a video call (15-20 Minutes) with my vendor

Must have Healthcare Insurance experience

Must have 4-6+ Years of overall experience.

Role Summary
Seeking a Senior BI Engineer with strong Power BI and SQL/Postgres expertise to build and manage enterprise BI reporting platforms. This role owns the end-to-end BI lifecycle from data modeling and SQL development to dashboard creation, UAT, and production publishing supporting Finance, Product, and Sales teams.

Core Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI datasets, semantic models, dashboards & reports
• Develop complex SQL/Postgres queries for data shaping and validation
• Perform data modeling and performance optimization
• Manage Power BI workspaces, refresh pipelines, security & governance
• Handle UAT, documentation, and production deployments
• Partner with Data Engineering on data products and pipeline standards

• Strong hands-on Power BI (DAX, datasets, models, dashboards)
• Advanced SQL & PostgreSQL
• Data modeling & end-to-end data flow management
• Multi-source data integration
• BI platform administration & report lifecycle management

• Cloud/Data: AWS Data Warehouses
