Job Details
We are seeking a dedicated PC Technician to join our team, where you will play a vital role in supporting IT solutions within a dynamic environment. If you are passionate about technology and enjoy working collaboratively to solve problems, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
<>Responsibilities</>- Document and analyze business processes to identify IT solutions that meet user needs.
- Support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for workstations, laptops, and printers.
- Collaborate with clients to define requirements and ensure successful implementation of IT solutions.
- Facilitate business process redesign and documentation as needed.
- Provide training and support for standard software applications and operating systems.
- Proven experience in Information Technology, particularly in a manufacturing or similar environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Microsoft PCs and software.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Experience with VMware and networking solutions.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and methodologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
