SoC Test Engineer

- Develop and document test plan for new devices.\n- Design and debug test SW & HW.\n- Debug new silicon\n- Bring quality and efficient test solution for mass production.\n- Coordinate test related activities with both internal and external group.\n- Evaluate new product's testability and operability.

Bachelor's degree + 10 Years of Experience

Strong Programming skills for writing and debugging test programs and test related hardware development (i.e. Teradyne UFlex/J750/ip750, Advantest 93k platforms.) \nProficiency in programming with Scripting languages (i.e., PERL) and high level languages (i.e., C/C++ or Visual Basic.)\nDeep understanding on ATE tester and test program\nExperience working on digital VLSI SoC.\nExpertise in Semiconductor Test Methodology.\nDeep understanding of Electronic Engineering Fundamentals, Design for Test and Manufacturing Concepts.\nIn depth knowledge of Semiconductor Manufacturing Process.\nUnderstanding of semiconductor product life cycle.\nAble to work with test equipment (i.e., oscilloscope, logic analyzer, etc.)\nTravel is required.
