IT Help Desk Specialist

We are looking for a Help Desk Specialist to provide fast and efficient technical assistance to our users. They will answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice on how to solve them. This is a fast-paced team; attention to detail and the ability to multi-task is a must. They must also be customer-oriented and patient to deal with difficult customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
• Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
• Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
• Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
• Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures

Requirements

• 3-5+ years' experience working at an enterprise Help Desk\Call Center environment (Ideally 1000+ users).
• Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
• Willingness to learn; Excellent communication and documentation skills; Customer-oriented
