Job Description:

Seeking a Full Stack/Data Engineer with extensive experience in Python, AWS, and modern data integration tools. The ideal candidate will be proficient in building and managing Snowflake ETL/ELT pipelines, automating data extraction processes, and collaborating closely with teams and Agile coaches to deliver rapid, high-quality solutions. This role requires a self-starter who is independent, organized, and comfortable documenting work in GitHub and Confluence.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, Develop, and Maintain Data Pipelines:
    Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines in Snowflake using Python, DBT, and Airflow.
  • Cloud Data Engineering:
    Utilize AWS services (S3, Lambda, Glue, IAM, Cloudfront) for scalable, secure data management and automation.
  • Automate File Extraction:
    Develop solutions to automate file extraction from SharePoint files and libraries and autoamting and data loading into Snowflake Database. Experience integrating data with Power Apps and Power Automate tools.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with teams and Agile coaches to understand requirements, iterate quickly, and deliver effective solutions with speed and quality.
  • Documentation:
    Maintain clear, thorough documentation in GitHub and Confluence for code, processes, and architectural decisions.
  • Process Improvement:
    Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and scalability within existing systems and workflows.
  • Independently Manage Tasks:
    Organize and prioritize work effectively, driving projects forward with minimal supervision.

Education:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, data architecture, or a related role within the IT industry.
  • Proven experience in building and optimizing scalable data pipelines and integrations
