About the RoleWe're looking for a React Developer to support complex software engineering initiatives with broad organizational impact. In this contingent role, you will work on large-scale planning efforts, evaluate multifaceted technical challenges, and partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
You'll use your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to analyze unprecedented or highly complex issues, apply strong judgment, and ensure solutions align with engineering standards, policies, and compliance requirements. This role requires strategic collaboration, excellent communication, and the ability to operate in a dynamic environment.
What You'll Do- Lead or contribute to complex engineering initiatives with significant scale and visibility.
- Analyze multi-layered technical problems, considering both tangible and intangible variables.
- Develop recommendations and implement solutions for large-scale or long-term engineering challenges.
- Ensure all engineering work aligns with organizational standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and technical partners to drive clarity, alignment, and successful delivery.
- Provide thought leadership and technical guidance within the software engineering domain.
Required Skills- ReactJS + TypeScript (2-4 years experience)
- Strong understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks, UI development patterns, and component-based architecture.
- Ability to evaluate complex systems and propose scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments.
Minimum Qualifications- 5+ years of software engineering experience, demonstrated through professional roles, consulting, training, military service, or education.
