Sage 300 Consultant
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 6-Months Contract

Key Responsibilities:

Review the current Sage 300 CRE ecosystem and confirm upgrade paths for each module.
Identify prerequisites for upgrading to 23.x versions of Sage 300 CRE and related applications.
Validate whether the candidate has prior experience executing these specific version upgrades.
Assess compatibility for eTakeoff, eiDynamics, Pervasive DB, and SQL Server versions.
Create and manage an upgrade plan, including timelines, risks, backups, and testing.
Coordinate with internal IT teams to ensure minimal downtime.
Execute upgrades or provide step-by-step guidance.
Perform post-upgrade validation and troubleshoot any issues.

Required Experience:

Proven background upgrading Sage 300 CRE environments from v18 or v19 to v22 or v23 levels.
Hands-on experience with MyAssistant, Estimating, Replicator, Paperless, and eTakeoff upgrades.
Strong understanding of SQL Server migrations, particularly to SQL 2019 (v15).
Familiarity with Pervasive Database version requirements for Sage environments.
Ability to document issues, steps, and resolutions clearly.
Experience working with construction and real estate industry clients is preferred.
