Description

We are looking for experienced Business Analysts to support a next-generation Crew and Flight Operations platform for a major global airline. This role requires close collaboration with airline business users, product owners, and engineering teams to deliver modern, scalable airline operational systems.

Crew management and flight operations experience in mandatory.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
Work on Crew Management and Flight Operations systems
Translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories
Facilitate workshops, discussions, and requirement reviews
Support solution design, testing, and UAT
Work within Agile/Scrum delivery teams

Skills

Strong Business Analysis experience
Experience working on Crew, Flight, or Airline operational systems
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Agile/Scrum experience
Strong documentation skills (BRDs, user stories, process flows)
