Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Network Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies, including routing, switching, and security solutions, and will play a critical role in ensuring network stability, performance, and security.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide onsite support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Cisco network infrastructure.
· Manage Cisco routers, switches, LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, and QoS.
· Manage Cisco Firepower FTD firewalls, including NAT, access policies, routing, and application connectivity.
· Support load balancers, Teams/IP Phones, and telecom infrastructure.
· Perform network upgrades, patches, configuration changes, and firewall migrations.
· Troubleshoot incidents and coordinate with vendors, ISPs, and remote teams.
· Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and configuration backups.
· Follow ITIL processes and participate in CAB/change management.
· Support Cisco ISE and network security policies.
Required Skills :
· Hands-on Cisco networking experience.
· Strong expertise in Cisco Routing – OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP.
· Network Security Firewall
