Job Overview

We are looking for a Teamcenter L2 Support Analyst to provide application support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operation of Teamcenter PLM systems.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 support for Teamcenter (user issues, workflows, data, integrations)
Troubleshoot issues in Active Workspace (AWC), Rich Client, and BMIDE
Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, and problem tickets
Perform system monitoring, log analysis, and health checks
Support deployments, patches, and configuration updates
Work with CAD, infrastructure, and database teams

Required Skills

Strong experience in Teamcenter L2/Application Support
Knowledge of Teamcenter architecture and modules
Hands-on with Active Workspace (AWC), BMIDE, Rich Client
Experience with Windows/Linux environments
Basic SQL querying skills

Good to Have

Experience with CAD integrations (NX, CATIA, Creo)
Understanding of ITIL processes
Basic scripting (Shell / Python / Batch)
