Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled LabVIEW Test Engineer with hands-on experience in NI TestStand to design, develop, and support automated test systems for electronic and electromechanical products. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in test engineering, software development, and data acquisition systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test systems using LabVIEW and NI TestStand.

  • Create test plans, procedures, and documentation for production and validation environments.

  • Develop test sequences and custom step types in TestStand for various test scenarios.

  • Interface with hardware such as data acquisition systems, signal generators, power supplies, and electronic measurement instruments.

  • Integrate test systems with manufacturing and engineering databases for data logging and reporting.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, quality, and production to ensure testability and manufacturability of products.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in developing test automation solutions using LabVIEW and NI TestStand.

  • Proficiency in National Instruments tools and platforms including DAQ, PXI, GPIB, and serial communication protocols.

  • Experience with hardware integration and signal conditioning.

  • Familiarity with source control systems (e.g., Git, SVN) and software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
