Required Skills:

• Minimum 7+ years of experience
• Strong Snowflake architecture and administration knowledge
• Advanced knowledge of Snowflake modeling, including roles, databases, and schemas
• Proficiency in SQL language and cloud-based technologies.
• Expertise in performance tuning and creating resource monitors
• Skilled in evaluating SQL performance, tuning SQL queries, and optimizing databases
• Comprehensive understanding of Snowflake warehousing, architecture, processing, and administration
• Strong background in Oracle Database Administration, including performance tuning
• Expertise in Oracle Goldengate Replication

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L1 and L2 support for Snowflake and associated services, including Oracle database support and Goldengate Replication.
• Monitor Snowflake production environment and resolve incidents (L2/L3)
• Troubleshoot task, query, Snowpipe, and ingestion failures
• Manage users, roles, warehouses, and access privileges
• Analyze query performance and warehouse credit usage
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and preventive actions
• Support production deployments, RFCs, and CTASKs
• Coordinate with application and ETL teams
• Prepare incident reports and documentation
