Summary

Duration: 3+ months contract

Job Description:

The role focuses on project planning and delivery, cross-functional coordination, stakeholder management, risk management, and driving technical projects to completion.
We’re looking for a strong Project Manager with enough technical understanding to effectively coordinate engineering teams and manage timelines, dependencies, and risks.

Responsibilities:

Project Management
- Own projects from planning through delivery, including scope, timelines, milestones, resources, and dependencies.
- Coordinate engineering, technical, data, and business teams to ensure projects stay on track.
- Track project status, risks, issues, and deliverables.
- Manage communication with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Identify project risks and drive timely resolution.
Technical Coordination
- Work with technical teams on PLM, software, data, and AI/ML projects.
- Coordinate activities related to application development, data, integrations, testing, and deployment.
- Understand technical requirements well enough to facilitate discussions and drive decisions.
- Support technical teams without necessarily being the hands-on developer.
Tools
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence or similar project management tools.
- Familiarity with Git and cloud platforms such as AWS, Clienture, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Enovia PLM experience is highly preferred.
AI / ML Exposure
- Basic to solid understanding of AI/ML projects and the ML lifecycle.
- Experience managing or coordinating AI/ML or data-related projects is preferred.
- Hands-on AI/ML development is not the primary focus of this role.

Experience:

5+ years of overall technical/project management experience.
Strong experience managing technical projects from initiation through delivery.
Experience working with cross-functional technical teams and multiple stakeholders.
Experience with PLM/Enovia is preferred.
Experience with AI/ML or data projects is a plus.
Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
