This is a full-time role for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer specializing in Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) systems and test automation, working across embedded systems, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps tooling.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in embedded systems, robotics, or hardware-software systems
- Strong experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) or Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) systems
- Proficiency in Python for automation and framework development
- Experience designing scalable automation systems (multi-device, distributed environments)
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, or similar)
- Experience with Docker/containerized environments
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and infrastructure automation
- Experience with embedded communication protocols (Ethernet, CAN, BLE, Wi-Fi)
- Strong debugging skills across hardware and software layers
- Ability to design modular, maintainable systems
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience with distributed systems or test orchestration platforms
- Exposure to cloud platforms and observability tools (Azure, Grafana, etc.)
- Knowledge of safety standards (IEC 61508, ISO 26262)
- Experience with hardware fixtures or lab infrastructure design
- Interest in applying AI/ML to engineering workflows
