Job Title: Mac Support Engineer
Location: Columbus, OH Onsite
Duration: 12+Months
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of macOS architecture and troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with Apple hardware and peripherals
- Experience using MDM solutions (Jamf preferred)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, and/or Okta
- Knowledge of endpoint security, data protection, and compliance practices
- Excellent communication, documentation, and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced enterprise support environment
