Hadoop Developer 

Location         : Pittsburgh, PA / Dallas, TX- ONSITE (3 days per week) Need local candidates only.

We are currently able to consider Visa independent candidates for this role.

Required Skills:

Strong expertise in Hadoop, Spark, and related technologies

Experience with NoSQL databases such as Cassandra, MongoDB, and HBase

Knowledge of data ingestion and processing using Spark Streaming and Flume

Strong programming skills in Java, Scala, or Python

Experience with DevOps tools like Git, Jenkins, and Docker

Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS and Azure

 
 Requirements:

Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science or a related field

Experience with Agile software development methodologies

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement big data solutions to meet the needs of the business

Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Collaborate with data scientists to create predictive models and analyze large data sets

Design and implement data ingestion pipelines using Spark Streaming and Flume

Manage and maintain big data systems in a production environment

Monitor and optimize the performance of big data systems to ensure they meet business requirements.
