Summary
Our client is seeking an Audio/Visual integrator technician to provide hands-on support, maintenance, and quality assurance for enterprise conference rooms and collaboration spaces.  This role will serve as the on-site A/V expert, ensuring conference rooms are fully operational and meeting-ready, consistently delivering high-quality experiences, especially for executive and high-visibility meetings.
Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for executive meetings, large meetings, and high-visibility events.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine system testing with post-install quality checks.
• Troubleshoot A/V hardware, control systems, and conferencing platforms.
• Support Cisco collaboration hardware with either Cisco Webex Rooms or Microsoft Teams Rooms software.
• Provide primary support for two Kansas City locations with travel up to 50%.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting commercial or enterprise A/V systems.
• Hands-on experience working with conference room and collaboration technology.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to support executive users with ease.
• Experience supporting executive or leadership meetings.
• Understanding of A/V integration concepts and signal flow.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Preferred

• Experience with Cisco hardware, Webex, and Microsoft Teams Rooms.
• Experience supporting AMX, Crestron, and Lightware.
• CTS or similar A/V certification.
