Job Overview:
Pay Range: $37.15hr - $42.15hr
  • The Senior Filling / Visual Inspection Associate is responsible for supporting aseptic manufacturing operations, including filling, inspection, and equipment handling in a controlled environment.
  • This role requires adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards while ensuring accurate documentation and efficient production processes.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in aseptic processing or GMP production.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, calculations, and documentation.
  • Handle and dispose of hazardous waste in compliance with safety procedures.
  • Follow schedules, procedures, and operational documents.
  • Assist in training team members and improving operational procedures.
  • Perform aseptic techniques, including media fills and sterile filtration.
  • Conduct cleanroom gowning and maintain compliance with validation standards.
  • Prepare disinfectants and perform cleaning and sanitization of equipment and production areas.
  • Support environmental monitoring activities such as air sampling and plate placement.
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production and sterilization equipment.
  • Perform sampling and transfer for quality control testing.
  • Conduct filter integrity testing and maintain proper documentation.
  • Utilize computer systems for data entry and reporting.

Skills:

  • Experience with GMP production and aseptic processing.
  • Knowledge of documentation practices, deviation management, and production coordination.
  • Understanding of regulatory standards and safety procedures.
  • Familiarity with standard operating procedures and material safety guidelines.
  • Ability to work with specialized production and inspection equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Qualification And Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
