Job Details

Responsibilities

As a Permanent Complex Plaintiff Litigation Paralegal, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Conducting extensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.
2. Assisting attorneys in the preparation and filing of pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
3. Managing large volumes of complex data and documents, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible.
4. Coordinating and managing timelines for various stages of litigation.
5. Communicating effectively with clients, attorneys, and court officials, providing updates and information as needed.
6. Participating in client meetings and depositions, taking detailed notes and assisting with follow-up actions.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Complex Plaintiff Litigation Paralegal position will have the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on plaintiff litigation.
2. A paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program, or equivalent education and training.
3. Exceptional legal research skills, with a strong understanding of legal terminology and principles.
4. Proficiency in using legal research software and other legal technology tools.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
6. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
7. A high degree of professionalism and ethical standards, with a commitment to client confidentiality.
