Our client, a high-growth firm shaping the future of wealth management technology, is seeking an entry-level IT Support Specialist to join their team in Wilmington, DE. This in-office role is ideal for someone early in their IT career who is eager to learn, build hands-on experience, and provide day-to-day technical support to a team of fintech professionals.
The IT Support Specialist will assist with basic troubleshooting, user setup, system maintenance, and documentation of IT systems. In addition to working at the Wilmington office, this role will require occasional on-site support at the company s central New Jersey location.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end users via phone, chat, and in person
- Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software issues
- Assist with onboarding new hires by configuring workstations and user accounts
- Support routine monitoring and upkeep of IT equipment
- Offer basic guidance and best practices to users
- Track issues and resolutions in the ticketing system and maintain IT asset inventory
Requirements
- 1 3 years of experience providing IT support (internships or entry-level roles considered)
- Working understanding of Active Directory and basic networking concepts
- Hands-on experience with Windows 11, Microsoft Office, and general desktop applications
- Bachelor s degree preferred
- Experience with mobile device management is a plus
Salary Range
$55,000 $65,000, based on experience
