We are seeking a Senior Native Android Developer to join a high-performing software engineering team delivering innovative custom mobile applications. In this role, you will lead the build, deployment, and architecture of Android solutions while utilizing cutting-edge AI engineering tools to optimize delivery.

responsibilities:
- Architecture and development of high-performing, scalable native Android applications.
- Collaboration with cross-functional and global delivery teams to turn complex requirements into clean technical architecture.
- Integration of modern AI developer tools to streamline coding, debugging, and framework enhancement.
- Mentorship and technical leadership to champion software quality, standards, and agile release processes.
qualifications:
5+ years of total software engineering experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
4+ years of hands-on experience in native Android development using Kotlin.
1+ year of practical experience using AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Gemini) within the development lifecycle.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Deep knowledge of mobile application architecture and adaptive UI design principles.
Strong communication skills and background working with distributed onshore/offshore teams.
Proficiency in CI/CD, build tools, and configuration management.
Must be eligible to work without sponsorship
