Ability to document code and technical specifications for improved workflows and procedures.

Experience with electronic case reporting (eCR/eICR), Electronic Health Records or Health Information Exchange, healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, XML, or FHIR, SNOMED CT or other clinical terminology standards.
