Role Overview

We are looking for a strong Microsoft Copilot SME Architect or Lead with hands-on expertise in Copilot setup, configuration, connectors, governance, and enterprise-scale deployment. The ideal candidate should have experience integrating Microsoft Copilot with enterprise applications such as Veeva, Workday, and other business platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Microsoft Copilot Expertise

• 2–3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Expertise in Copilot setup, administration, configuration, governance, observability, and enterprise deployment.

Conversational AI Development

• Experience with trigger phrases, intent recognition, entities and slot filling.
• Adaptive Cards, variables, conversation-state management, generative answers, custom prompts, tools, connectors, and agent flows.
• Experience with multi-agent orchestration and skills.

Integrations & Connectors

• 3+ years of experience creating and configuring standard and custom connectors.
• Strong experience integrating Copilot with enterprise applications, preferably Veeva and Workday.

APIs & Data Integration

• 5+ years of experience with APIs, REST services, OAuth, authentication, and enterprise data integration patterns.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Graph, Azure services, and enterprise security controls.

Microsoft Power Platform

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.

Python

• 2–3+ years of Python experience is preferred.
