Fast-growing media firm is seeking a Sr Analyst for a 6-month contract/possible contract-to-hire position. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented analyst to join our team with the intention of joining as a permanent employee. As a Senior Analyst on the Analytics and Data Science team, you will execute measurement delivery across client accounts, including assistance with measurement planning and audience development. This includes creating and maintaining visually compelling dashboard visualizations and slide decks that showcase campaign performance, working in close collaboration with partner teams within the agency.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Deliver regular client reporting per agreed-upon deliverables in accordance with measurement plans with clear storylines and actionable insights.

  • Lead working sessions with partner teams on analysis, insights, opportunities for optimization, and forward-looking recommendations. 

  • Manage vendor relationships related to measurement and data delivery to ensure all data required to deliver on measurement plans is available and accurate as needed.

  • Be highly organized and capable of working independently in a remote work environment.

  • Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving abilities 

  • Consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment: working under pressure while prioritizing workload 


REQUIREMENTS 

  • 3+ years of experience in advertising and analytics, including measurement and insights development. Agency experience is a must.

  • Bachelor''s degree in a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, economics, statistics, etc.

  • Experience with advertising measurement solutions such as MMM, MTA, ad effectiveness, location data, and other sales attribution solutions required

  • Working knowledge of audience research platforms such as Nielsen MRI and Resonate is highly desired

  • Proficient in Dataroma dashboard design and visualization

  • Expert in Excel, Powerpoint / Google Slides 

  • Understanding of advertising platforms and data sources such as Google Campaign Manager, social media platforms, DSPs, ad verification, MTA measurement providers

  • Strong communicator with design and storytelling ability. 

  • Outstanding collaboration skills with a proven ability to work cross-functionally in order to establish and meet shared organizational goals 

  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
