Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Openlink Endur Business Analyst with deep expertise in Endur Back Office operations and functionality. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting commodity and energy trading environments, with strong knowledge of transaction settlements, accounting workflows, operational processes, and Endur back-office modules.

This role requires a strong techno-functional consultant who can work closely with Back Office, Operations, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, optimize workflows, and support Endur configuration and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business requirements from Back Office stakeholders.
  • Support and optimize Endur Back Office operational workflows.
  • Configure and enhance Endur Back Office modules including:
    • Accounting Desktop
    • Settlement Desktop
    • Confirmations
    • DMS (Document Management System)
  • Translate business requirements into Endur configurations and functional solutions.
  • Work closely with Operations, Accounting, and IT teams.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and operational controls.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of Openlink Endur experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Endur Back Office modules.
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Trade settlements
    • Commodity/Energy trading operations
    • Accounting workflows
    • Trade lifecycle
  • Experience creating BRDs and functional specifications.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and techno-functional skills.
