Summary

Description

We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst (NetSuite) to lead and optimize enterprise planning capabilities in San Francisco, California. This position works closely with Finance, FP& A, Supply Chain, and Technology teams to shape scalable planning solutions, strengthen system performance, and support informed business decisions. The role combines platform ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement to help teams plan more effectively and operate with greater consistency.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary administrator for the Pigment platform, overseeing configuration, user access, security settings, testing activities, and production releases.

Design, enhance, and maintain planning models that support financial forecasting, workforce planning, operating expenses, capital investments, and supply chain planning processes.

Partner with business stakeholders to convert operational and financial planning needs into system solutions, ensuring models reflect accurate logic, assumptions, and approval flows.

Coordinate with data and architecture teams to support integrations between Pigment and connected source systems, while resolving data flow issues and maintaining reliable information exchange.

Establish and manage structured change control practices, including impact reviews, approval tracking, release documentation, and audit-ready records.

Act as a key escalation point for platform-related issues, driving troubleshooting efforts and helping users resolve functional challenges efficiently.

Create training materials, user guides, and internal documentation that promote adoption, improve self-service capabilities, and reduce reliance on ad hoc support.

Identify opportunities to expand platform functionality by evaluating new features, recommending enhancements, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across planning operations.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in business systems analysis, financial systems, FP& A technology, or a related techno-functional role.

Practical experience with Pigment, Anaplan, Workday Adaptive, Planful, or similar enterprise planning platforms, including administration or model configuration.

Strong understanding of financial planning concepts such as budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, headcount planning, operating expenses, capital planning, and financial modeling.

Familiarity with supply chain planning principles, including demand forecasting, inventory management, supply balancing, and sales and operations planning.

Working knowledge of system integrations, data mapping, flat-file or cloud-based data exchanges, and connections with enterprise data platforms or warehouses.

Experience gathering requirements, reviewing documentation, and working with cross-functional teams in Agile or iterative delivery environments.

Ability to troubleshoot system and data issues, communicate clearly with technical and business partners, and translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
