The ideal candidate brings strong business analysis experience within a manufacturing environment, understands shop floor operations, and has experience working with Oracle ERP systems - preferably Oracle Fusion. * Understand where people, role ownership, accountability, or training gaps exist and recommend solutions
* Translate business pain points into clear requirements and actionable recommendations
* Facilitate process mapping sessions and collaborate with business teams, IT, process owners, and leadership
* Evaluate current processes against Oracle best practices and support future-state process design
* Support acceptance criteria, business readiness, change adoption, and process standardization efforts
* Help drive organizational transformation by promoting more scalable, governed, and efficient ways of working
* Assist with Oracle Fusion post-go-live optimization and business process improvement initiatives
* Develop process documentation, business requirements, and stakeholder communications

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of Business Analyst experience
* Strong manufacturing industry experience with an understanding of shop floor operations and manufacturing business processes
* Experience documenting business processes, process flows, and business requirements
* Experience leading process improvement, operational excellence, or business transformation initiatives
* Experience working with Oracle ERP solutions (Oracle Fusion strongly preferred)
* Experience handling resistance to change and influencing process adoption
* Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills
* Ability to map business processes to ERP capabilities and recommend process improvements
* Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:
* Oracle Fusion implementation, optimization, or post-go-live support experience
* Experience supporting ERP stabilization efforts following a major implementation
* Exposure to manufacturing operations, supply chain, inventory management, procurement, or production planning
* Experience developing future-state process designs and operating procedures
* Experience supporting organizational change management initiatives
