Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead the development, integration, and delivery of a cloud-native healthcare technology platform. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional engineering teams, software delivery, system integrations, and program execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end software delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Manage project plans, schedules, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate cloud development, APIs, data pipelines, and system integrations.
- Drive integrations across hardware, software, and third-party technology partners.
- Oversee sprint planning, release management, and deployments.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, UX, and DevOps teams.
- Support healthcare interoperability initiatives using HL7/FHIR.
- Monitor platform performance, scalability, reliability, and operational readiness.
- Manage vendor and partner relationships and provide executive-level status reporting.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of Technical Program Management, software delivery, or systems integration experience.
- Experience managing large-scale software development projects.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, distributed systems, and software architecture.
- Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Healthcare, digital health, medical device, or clinical software experience.
- Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, and healthcare interoperability.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, observability, and monitoring tools.
- Experience with regulated or government technology programs.
