Now Hiring: Senior Business Process Reengineering Specialist (BPRS)
We are actively looking for senior-level Business Process Reengineering experts to join a long-term project supporting enterprise .NET-based applications and modernization initiatives.
Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid 2 days onsite weekly)
Duration: 12+ months
What We re Looking For:
12+ years as Application & Business Process SME (Business Analyst / Systems Analyst)
Strong experience with Azure DevOps pipelines, backlog tracking, and Agile delivery
SEM/SUITE methodologies expertise
Process modeling (As-Is / To-Be), workflows, documentation & training materials
SSP, NIST Controls, and ATO experience
ITIL concepts, risk analysis, and legacy system modernization exposure
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze current-state processes and design future-state improvements
Lead cross-functional collaboration with technical and business teams
Drive Agile delivery using Azure DevOps
Support application modernization and operational enhancements
Important:
Hybrid role NO remote-only option
