Details:
 
We are seeking a Presentation Graphics Expert to join our dynamic team within a 24/7 presentation technology group supporting internal banking clients. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in advanced PowerPoint presentation design, Adobe Creative Cloud production, and brand-compliant visual storytelling and a proven ability to produce high-quality pitch materials under deadline, ensure brand accuracy, and collaborate with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
 
Responsibilities:
 
Produce marketing and deal materials including pitch books, deal books, covers, templates, and infographics using Microsoft Office and Adobe applications at an advanced level.
Design creative PowerPoint pitch books and propose conceptual and visual solutions, including basic motion graphics.
Trace and produce logos, maps, and illustrations with accuracy and brand alignment.
Ensure all materials adhere to Citi brand standards and advise clients on correct brand usage.
Liaise with workflow staff and clients to clarify deadlines, job instructions, and design requirements.
Complete administrative tasks for accurate billing and job tracking.
Assist with intake coordination as required and contribute to quality control for own work and peers.
Support onboarding of new starters post training and share best production practices.
 
Required Skills & Qualifications:
 
2–5+ years of administrative or operational support in a corporate, service-oriented environment, ideally in financial services.
Advanced proficiency in industry-standard graphic design applications.
Intermediate expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat Pro.
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, or comparable experience meeting role requirements.
Portfolio with recent work samples.
Excellent attention to detail with strong quality control focus and accurate execution.
 
Preferred Skills:
 
Knowledge of MapInfo, Adobe Animate, Adobe Audition, or Blender.
Understanding of external print processes.
