Job Title: Financial Analyst

Location: Mountain View, CA - Hybrid 

Duration: 10+ months - Contract

Pay Rate Range: $60 - $64 per hour (DOE)


Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial performance by comparing actual results against budgets, plans, and forecasts.
  • Develop standard costs, monitor operational expenses, and identify trends and variances.
  • Perform cost analysis, transaction reconciliation, and financial data validation to support accurate reporting.
  • Maintain financial databases and support the development of automated accounting processes.
  • Prepare financial insights and recommend actions to improve cost efficiency and overall financial performance.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent work experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Knowledge of financial analysis, cost accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Experience with financial data reconciliation, variance analysis, and database maintenance.
  • Ability to analyze financial information and support data-driven business decisions.
