• Customer Interaction:?Manage incoming calls, collect accident facts, investigate claim details,?collect statements from involved parties, and?assist?in the process?of getting?our customers back on the road.?

What?We?re?Looking For: ?

• Experience:?Customer-facing?Claims?experience?preferred.??

• License:?Active Adjusters license preferred.?

• Education:?High School Diploma or GED?required; College degree preferred.??

• Fluency in Spanish and English is?required.?

• Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills.?

• Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms.??

• Experienced in high-volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals.?

• Available?to?work evenings, weekends, and holidays.??
